TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP PLANS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership with 1SEVENTY1. By enrolling in a membership plan, you agree to the following:

1. Membership Plans Overview: The Monthly Plan is ideal for Creative Strategy work, including but not limited to Brand Positioning, Target Audience Analysis, Competitive Analysis, Brand Architecture, Visual Identity Development, Brand Style Guide Creation, Typography and Color Palette Selection, Brand Messaging Development, and Tone of Voice Development. This plan includes unlimited rounds of feedback for strategic work, weekly formal touch bases, consistent and reliable communication, delivery of raw data, source files, and final files, as well as flexible membership suspension or cancellation. The Quarterly Plan is designed for Creative Work, including Logo Design, General Creative Assets, Print Campaign Assets, Digital Campaign Assets, Television Campaign Assets, Collateral, Interior Design, and Experiential Design. It provides two creative concepts per campaign with unlimited rounds of feedback, weekly formal touch bases, consistent and reliable communication, delivery of raw data, source files, and final files, along with flexible membership suspension or cancellation.

2. Membership Fees and Payment Terms: Membership fees are billed every thirty (30) or ninety (90) days (monthly or quarterly membership, depending) from the original enrollment date. Enrollment discounts apply only to the first month of the membership, including quarterly plans, and do not carryover to renewals. All fees are non-refundable, even if the membership is canceled or suspended before the end of a billing cycle. Pricing and terms are subject to change at any time, with reasonable notice provided to existing members.

3. Cancellation and Suspension Policy: Memberships can be canceled or suspended at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will not be charged for the next billing cycle, and access to membership benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. Suspension of membership pauses billing and services until reactivation, at which point billing resumes at the then current rate. We aim to complete all projects within the membership cycle, but we understand that sometimes things happen—objectives evolve, minds change, or unforeseen delays occur. In such cases, you have the option to extend your membership until the work is finished or request all completed deliverables up to that point.

4. Deliverables and Feedback: Membership includes access to raw data, source files, and final deliverables for completed work. For Creative Strategy work under the Monthly Plan, unlimited rounds of feedback are included to refine and perfect strategic services. For Creative Work under the Quarterly Plan, two initial concepts are provided per project, with unlimited rounds of feedback to ensure satisfaction. Deliverables are based on the scope and complexity of the requested work and may vary.

5. Changes to Services: Creative Strategy work and Creative Work are defined as outlined in these Terms, and deliverables will adhere to the scope of the chosen membership plan. Any additional requests outside the defined scope may be subject to additional fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

6. Communication and Touchpoints: Weekly formal touch bases are included in both membership plans to review progress, provide updates, and gather feedback. Consistent and reliable communication is provided throughout the membership to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.

7. Modifications to Membership Plans: Membership benefits, pricing, and terms are subject to change at any time at the discretion of 1SEVENTY1. Members will be notified of changes in advance to allow time for cancellation or suspension, if desired.

8. General Terms: Work completed under the membership is based on collaborative communication and input from the member. Timely feedback and approvals are necessary to ensure project timelines are met. By enrolling in a membership plan, you acknowledge and accept these Terms in their entirety.
